Set yourself a 10 to 15 timer and don&#8217;t worry about anything else.  You can allow yourself 15 minutes of &#8220;YOU&#8221; time.<\/li><li>E &#8211; Exit, read what you wrote, consider it and write yourself a conclusion, a one or two line take-away<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting something new always takes time.
