It helps you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Know who you are and how you&#8217;re perceived<\/li><li>Know what&#8217;s important, your values, priorities, goals<\/li><li>Know what you like or don&#8217;t like, but more importantly the reasons why.<\/li><li>Ask for feedback and evaluate it constructively<\/li><li>Understand others.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>How does coaching help improve self-awareness?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A coach works with you to help you objectively consider your performance or needs and helps you to decide your next steps.
