In this way, we can jointly innovate and package bespoke and fit-for-purpose interventions that are holistic, pragmatic, easy to deliver, quick to implement, sustainable and measurable.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conducting personality assessments for our delegates is a pre cursor to all our development interventions.&nbsp;&nbsp; Research and experience taught us that delivering theory on its own is&nbsp; not as effective as understanding oneself in relation to one\u2019s purpose and relationship with others.&nbsp; We believe that continuous self-development is mandatory for continued individual, team and organisational effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achievement of results and outcomes require collaboration and engagement \u2013 these constructs form the basis of our all our programmes.&nbsp;
