What is Mgt 3.0?
The Management 3.0 Model is a licensed framework that embraces complexity and nonlinear thinking to arrive at Agile Management.
It has been formulated by an Agile specialist Jurgen Appelo, who is writer, speaker, trainer, developer, entrepreneur, manager, executive and free thinker.
The training compromises of a host of games, activities, case studies and models. The training is based around the 6 views of the organisation. They are as follows:
